Exercise Your Data Rights
Use this page to request access, correction, updating, deletion, opposition, limitation or suspension, portability, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or review of a qualifying automated decision.
How to submit a request
- Email privacy@innerchispa.us with the subject “Personal Data Request”.
- State your full name, preferred contact method, relationship with InnerChispa and the right you wish to exercise.
- Describe the relevant data, communication, project or approximate dates so the request can be located.
- Attach only the identification evidence reasonably requested after we acknowledge the request. Do not send unnecessary identity documents in the first email.
Verification and response
InnerChispa may verify identity, authority and scope before disclosing, changing or deleting information. Requests will be evaluated within the period required by the applicable law. A request may be limited where retention is legally required, another person's rights would be affected, identity cannot be verified or a lawful exception applies.

Complaints
You may first contact InnerChispa through the privacy channel. Where Ecuadorian law applies, you may also use the official complaint channels of Ecuador's Superintendence for Personal Data Protection.
