Current website behavior

The current release is a static informational website. It does not include user accounts, online payments, a newsletter, first-party contact forms or first-party advertising analytics. It stores only a language preference in the visitor's browser. Contact actions may open email, WhatsApp, Calendly or LinkedIn.

Personal data and sources

• Contact and business information you send voluntarily by email, telephone, WhatsApp, Calendly or LinkedIn.
• Basic hosting and security logs, which may include IP address, browser, requested page, timestamp and technical event information.
• Information received from a person directly, from an authorized representative, or through a third-party communication service selected by that person.

Purposes and legal bases

• Respond to customer, supplier, partner, investor, media and employment-related inquiries.
• Schedule meetings, evaluate opportunities and maintain reasonable business follow-up.
• Operate, secure, diagnose and improve the website.
• Comply with legal obligations, exercise rights and prevent abuse or security incidents.

Depending on the context, processing may rely on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law or a legitimate interest that does not override the person's rights.

Databases and retention

Contact records may be stored in business email, calendars, communication platforms and internal business records. Ordinary inquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a contract, legal obligation, dispute, security event or explicit request requires a different period. Routine technical logs are generally retained for up to 90 days, unless needed for security investigation or legal compliance.

Service providers and international processing

The website and communication workflow may use hosting, DNS, email, scheduling, messaging, security and professional-network services. These may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions. InnerChispa selects providers for a legitimate operational purpose and relies on available contractual, technical and organizational safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Providing data and accuracy

Providing contact information is voluntary, but without sufficient and accurate information InnerChispa may be unable to respond, schedule a meeting, evaluate an opportunity or perform a requested service. Please update us if information changes.

Automated processing

The public website does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. Business products may use AI to summarize, classify, retrieve or prepare recommendations, but sensitive or high-impact actions are designed to include human review and customer-specific governance.

Your rights

Ecuadorian data-protection framework

InnerChispa LLC has no legal establishment or legal representative in Ecuador. When the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection of Ecuador applies to a particular activity, the company will receive requests through privacy@innerchispa.us and recognizes the applicable statutory rights. A person may also contact Ecuador's Superintendence for Personal Data Protection through its official channels.

Children

The official corporate website is not directed to children. Do not submit a child's personal information through the public contact channels unless legally authorized and necessary for a specifically agreed service.
