Founder Trajectory

From field operations to an AI operating ecosystem.

InnerChispa grew from a practical path: years of PC Doctor field work, infrastructure, support, buildings, devices, customers and operational pressure evolving into software products, local AI servers, MCP-connected agents and a sober product vision for the U.S. market.

The founder path

Rafael Lopez leads InnerChispa as a founder-architect shaped by real technical operations: support calls, networks, cameras, access control, quotes, customer history, vendors, field exceptions and the pressure of keeping systems working.

PC Doctor as the origin

PC Doctor is the physical-world root: Ecuador operations, hardware, infrastructure, security, automation and building technology. It provides the reality check that keeps InnerChispa from becoming an abstract AI demo.

InnerChispa as the software layer

InnerChispa converts those operational lessons into software, agents, APIs, model routing, governance, public products and investor-ready systems.

InnerOS and RalphiIA

The ecosystem evolved from separate servers and tools into InnerOS and RalphiIA: memory, MCP, agents, local+cloud compute, GitHub context, documents, approvals and evidence working as one operating fabric.

Local-first discipline

The current architecture prioritizes local capacity, data control and reduced credit dependency, while still escalating to cloud models and providers when capability or scale makes it strategic.

Human long-term lens

The company keeps the human side separate from technical claims: community, long-term thinking and values inform the founder's judgment, while the public product story remains concrete, measurable and operational.

PC Doctor

Audience: Ecuador clients, buildings and businesses needing infrastructure, support, networks, cameras, alarms, access control and reliable technical operations.

InnerChispa

Audience: investors, partners, technical collaborators and customers evaluating sovereign, hybrid, agentic AI systems built from real operational pressure.

InnerOS

Audience: technical and strategic readers who need to understand the operating layer: agents, memory, tools, models, approvals, devices and evidence.

RalphiIA

Audience: operators and founders who need a persistent operational brain, not a one-off chatbot: quote flows, coordination, documents, WhatsApp, memory and task routing.

Workforce AI

Audience: companies that need attendance, mobile check-in, device events, exceptions, pre-payroll, evidence and clear HR/admin reporting.

FounderOS / CreatorOS

Audience: founders, builders and product teams turning research, ideas, submissions, investor material and execution logs into coordinated work.

Operating Thesis

A portfolio organized as layers, not isolated experiments.

PC Doctor supplies the physical-world pressure. Workforce turns operational needs into product software. InnerOS and RalphiIA provide the intelligence and coordination layer. InnerChispa communicates, packages and expands that ecosystem into reusable products.
